Coldwater Creek
As Director of Store Environment, I led the design and development of a new store concept, which gained executive leadership approval for roll out to all stores moving forward. I was able to reduce the cost in the new fixture package by 40% compared to existing, while enhancing and elevating the shopping experience.

Old Navy Soho
Spearheaded the design and development of new retail fixtures and signage systems for the Old Navy – SOHO remodel. I collaborated closely with architecture, marketing, operations, visual merchandising, procurement, and contractor teams as well as suppliers and overseas manufacturers to drive end-to-end production and installation projects.

Gap Generation Store
Key member of the team responsible for redesigning Gap Outlet’s new store design called Gap Generation. Built mock-ups, and designed numerous fixtures. Led the high tech initiative for the ticker tape at the store front, the projection system, and the cleaning rack system for the back of house in order to utilize vertical capacity storage.

Old Navy Project One
Project ONE (Old Navy Evolution), came out of the need to revitalize and refresh Old Navy’s retail experience. We wanted to capitalize on Old Navy’s unique energy, and keep it fresh & fun, improve sight-lines, and implement learnings from the New Store Prototype design, all the while keeping cost at the forefront of our minds.
